1. Service

AppleVine Vending provides bill-payment and token-vending services. All card payments are processed through CBZ Bank's iVeri gateway.

2. Refunds

If a payment succeeds but no token is issued, a refund is processed within 72 hours. Tokens that have already been loaded to a meter cannot be refunded.

3. Your data

We store your name, phone, email, and transaction history to deliver receipts and for accounting. See our privacy policy for details.

4. Service availability

We rely on external providers (CBZ Bank, ZESA, DSTV, TelOne, ZINARA) and cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses from provider outages.
