I paid but didn't get my token.

Most tokens arrive within 30 seconds. If it's been longer, check your SMS or visit your transaction history to reprint the receipt. Still nothing? Email us your transaction reference.

My card was charged twice.

Duplicate charges are automatically detected and refunded within 24 hours. If you don't see the refund, contact support with your reference.
